2001-2003
In 2001, the artist embarked on a Jungian psychoanalysis journey. This transformative experience inspired the very first abstract series, influenced by the stylistic approach of his mentor. The creative process began with free-flowing, intuitive lines, drawn without premeditation. The second phase introduced precision and discipline—layering meticulous scribbles over the initial strokes, allowing the artwork to evolve organically until completion. The unforgiving nature of nib pens on paper made the series both meditative and laborious, demanding immense patience and focus.
After a year and a half, the series was concluded, never exhibited, nor revisited the style. Despite its brevity, the project remains a significant chapter in his artistic evolution.
